You wouldn't want to be a stiletto in Swansea.
Said to be the hardest working footwear in Wales.

Dundee, Leicester, Swansea or Hull
Too close to call
I've visited them all and I'm trying to recall which one I enjoyed the most.
Can I get back to you on that one?

Lessons to be learnt from Derry 2013.
"Whilst we had great marketing around City of Culture it has had no impact on jobs, The jobs situation has actually got worse.”
Conal McFeely
Creggan Enterprises.

McFeely ? Touchy McFeely ?

V1: Hull...you’re kidding me....You’re having a laugh
V2: No, honest...it’s Hull
V1: OK....who’s going to tell them you or me?
V2: No....give it a couple of days, then we’ll tell them
V1: FFS.....City of Culture...did they seriously think that was ever going to happen.
V2: You think that’s funny....Brighton thinks they won City in Bloom this year
V1: Don’t these people ever read their emails properly

Dundee '' moving forward '' shocker !

'' A "significant" number of events planned for Dundee will still happen despite missing out on the UK City of Culture title, the leader of its failed bid has said.
Stewart Murdoch said the team was "broken-hearted" after losing out to Hull.
Dundee had proposed a £25m package of events if they were to win the prize.
Its bid included plans to host the Turner Prize, Man Booker Prize, large music events and a comic convention''

So basically, you import all the talent from outside your home city and hope that enough tourists arrive to fill the hotels, pubs & restaurants. The End.
